Prenatal Yoga Class

For You and Your Baby

I am Certified in Prenatal Yoga, I am not offering a specific class at this time, but can accommodate you in a regular Yoga class.

Or treat yourself to a private session and learn the best poses to do during your pregnancy to best prepare your body for labor, delivery and the postpartum recovery!

You must be 12 weeks pregnant to start
